ARC BOARD

ARC is the primary resource in the community providing assistance to residents in a timely manner.

The results show that evictions and utility disconnections have diminished significantly.  ARC’s continuing effort to provide dollars for car repair and gas have resulted in an increased number of clients obtaining and maintaining employment.

On average, about 96% of our funds go directly back to our community. By encouraging clients to make pay arrangements, do matching payments, and access other available resources, we are able to stretch those 96 cents even further.

The goal is to keep the client as an active participant in the solution while relieving the immediate stress of the situation.

We don’t have any paid staff. We’re a grassroots, community-minded, 100% volunteer-driven organization comprised of  phone volunteers, board members and external members.

ARC was formed in 2008 to provide short term assistance and resources to those living in the River Falls, WI School District. ARC received its 501(c)(3) status in 2009.  On January 1, 2013, the organization took a leap of faith and broadened our coverage area to include the Ellsworth, WI School District.

ARC is the go-to financial resource organization that reliably provides assistance in our communities, all year long.
